I have been investing for 5 years. Doing mostly rehabbing and landlording. I had done some short sales to buy rental properties but had only sold a couple to end-buyers and these were wholesale deals to landlords.

The number one thing I learned from D.C. is marketing.

I didn’t have a good approach and was left wondering if my campaign dollars were working.

The extensive marketing materials D.C. has are worth the price of training alone. Also, a big benefit was showing me how to create a team to get more done. This is important since I still work fulltime. Also, his training on how to coax a homeowner into working with you is invaluable. I easily sign up most people I talk to. What I liked best about the Mastermind program was the Thursday meetings with all the students. It was something I really looked forward to.
