Return Policy

Neighborhood Solutions, Inc. provides a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days.

Shipping Policy

All products ordered will be shipped within 1 business day and will take 3-5 days for delivery to customer.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships or product orders should be cancelled in writing to support@dcfawcett.com and your request will be processed within 3 business days. A Full refund will be given for product orders and your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further recurring charges will occur.
