Dear Mr Fawcett,
I would love to study your CD, however my wife would kill me if I buy any more subscriptions.
I’m very interested in foreclosures and short sales. Do you know any investors who might co-op
with me? I’m located in Atlantic County, New Jersey and I think this area is going to have a
tremendous increase in value. Due to the Atlantic
City casino building boom, we will always have
steady employment, with many high paying jobs.
We also have a very robust aeronautics technology
industry with its educated job force. In addition this area is a favorite for family vacations
and retirement.Add to this the limited building
lots on the barrier islands. All these factors
point to greatly increased values for existing housing. I would be honored to be your point man
in this respect. I have many years of experience
buying and rehabbing properties, but currently
my fortunes have changed and I have a need for
a partner (with money). Please advise.
Yours truly, Chuck Rubinstein

Another great book is Fatherhood by Bill Cosby. He had 5 kids, 4 girls and a boy. He had a Phd in Education from U Mass. His book is filled with practical information and hilarious.

Most importantly, go with your instincts. Books help, but they can’t replace nature.

I agree and no longer listen to idle radio songs. Educational CD’s are the way to go.

In a email you sent to me, you mentioned a short sale negotiation service that you have. Can we have more details on that service and the costs?

Thanks,

Keith

Congratulations! Giving your son “you” in all your “glorious wonder” as the best role model in courage, humility, and love is the best “thank you” I think you could give your wife. Make sure you celebrate his Big Sister as well…she’s got a lot on her plate as well. Big “Sissy” (as my 1 yr old calls his sister) has to be able to kick his a** and all the girls he brings home ;-).

God bless you and your family.

Tanisha
