What it Takes to be Successful in short sales in Today’s Market

You need education in order to take action and you need to take action in order to get successful results (big paychecks from luxury home short sales).

It is my responsibility as a business owner to have the drive, the knowledge and resources to put new strategies into action and to change the vision of the company to adapt to the current market conditions to not only survive but thrive. It is my goal to provide you with the knowledge and resources you need to make your business thrive.

If you are willing to do what everyone else is not willing to do, you will get results that everyone else will not get. Its such a beautiful thing!You should feel the same way and you should live by this philosophy.

Are you betting on social security to provide for your retirement?
I hope not.

Did you know that only 5% of the population at retirement has enough money harvested to retire on?

Will you be part of this 5% or will you be part of the 95% that is betting on social security?

By the time you retire, social security probably won’t even have the money to pay you.

You have the power to create your Destiny. I have designed the life that I’m living and YOU SHOULD design the life that YOU want to live for yourself.

This is only one way to change your life. Create a plan and work the plan. Only you have the power to make it happen. I can give you all of the tools, tricks and resources for success but if you don’t put them into action, you’re not going to get very far.

Real Estate is the vehicle that I have found to make it happen and it will happen for you very quickly. Virtual Short Sale Investing is the fastest way to create wealth in real estate because the pay checks are so Huge. Short Sale Investing is a niche within Real Estate investing and it requires specialized knowledge to be extremely successful. It comes back to Action and Education.

I want you to watch this short video. It’s a video of Dick and Rick Hoyt. The Doctors told Dick his son was going to be a vegetable and they should put him in a hospital for the rest of his life.

How horrible is that of them!

Dick Hoyt did not take their advice. He took action!

I’m an investor/realtor, I have a thirst to reach the top and am willing to travel to the end of the earth to reach that goal, but I’m also indolent, I constantly need a kick in the rear to continue to move forward.
As a realtor, am I able to do theses Short Sales myself? I have not heard from you as of yet the asnwer to that question.

Im a bit confused about what it takes to get involved…im an investor with a real estate license and i cant live on commissions..i want to join and have someone else negotiate my deals..i just dont know what exactly are the cost. SS is a joke for us that aren’t close to retirement. Those that I know that live on SS are really only living at a poverty level. This is not what I want for me and my family.

What a way to drive home the message – how difficult it must have been at times to do what he did – just look at what he did for his family.

How can I possibly sit here and not DO something so much easier – to take action on what you are teaching us.

I am a firefighter, I have to work till 53 to get my full retirement. I have 9 years to go, I am committed to being financially independent long before I reach retirement age. When I reach 53 I will be ready to retire.

I will be retireing by August 31, 2010 (or sooner) and I will not be using social security or either of my two pensions to live on. I will earn at least $500,000 or more between now and the end of the year. When I do, I will hand in my resignation on January 1, 2010!!!!!

DC, what prevents the lenders from executing a deficiency judgment against all the short sales that your organization has transacted? Is this something that is openly and truthfully disclosed to homeowners considering a short sale?
