I have 24 properties and believe in educating myself with people that have experience in the field of real estate and belong to our local REIA among others.. Am hoping to devolope different idea"s and wisdom on the subject... For a flat fee, considering how contractors usually need work year 'round, this is just the sort of thing most of the smaller independent ones will do with no problem for some extra money.
