I am so impressed. Tyler has already made the press.
Today he is 7 days old. My parents came to visit for the week and Sarah’s parents came in last night to spend some time with the little fella. I might take everyone fishing later or tomorrow on my boat.
I’ve had alot of people ask me about marketing properties on Craigslist since my last blog post. It is very effective in this market. The key is keeping your ad at the top of the site consistently.
There are a couple of tricks to doing this because the people at craigslist do not allow you to post your ad more that once in a 48 hour period. They monitor it with robots to make sure people are not abusing the site.
A friend of mine has figured out how to trick craigslist at their own game. He is teaching me all about how to do it. I will let you know what I find out as soon as I’m up to speed.
He’s able to post his ad as many times as he wants everydayso its stays at the top of the site. the ads at the top of the site get the most views and the most clicks. This is critical to getting more people to visit your site to build your buyers list while selling your houses fast through one of the best marketing mediums we have available today. What I don’t like is that it takes time out of your day to post these ads. and even more importantly remembering to post these ads. That’s the downside. In order for it to be effective, you have to consistently post these ads throughout the day so you get the most amount of hits to your site.
My Frein toldf me he has a way that he automatically posts these ads on craiglsist without having to do it himself and without getting his ad banned by craigslist. I can’t wait to pick his brain on how he does this. I will give you all of this info as soon as I find out.

What other Real Estate Trainer do you know that is willing to go out of his way and do this for the readers of his blog? I don’t know any.
Well You know what? This business has been very good to me and i know it will be for you too if you have the right information and I like alot of people got ripped off by alot of Gurus out there selling old information that didn’t work anymore and not actually practicing what they preach.

Hi, DC. If you use www.rems123.com and use their service, they will post your Craigslist ad several times a day (their cheapest plan is $120 for 30 days to post your ad 3 times a day, I think). I look forward to seeing your solution to ad to my bag of tricks. Thanks for the great tips!

I’d heard on the net marketing forums that Craigslist now requires a phone number for each listing. So it becomes difficult to post in different cities. I’m all for reducing spam on these W 2.0 sites. But if you are an investor in different cities, you get caught in the net. Has your guest worked this through? Thx.
congratulations on your latest family member! Have as many as your wife can handle. You will never regret having too many children. I only have three and each are so completely different from one another and a wonderful source of happiness.
Let me give you, a pearl of wisdom…
Every year since each child was born, I opened a wordperfect file and made notes of events. You know, stuff your child does that is soooo amazing! About 2 weeks before that child’s birthday I sit down and handwrite out a summary of their previous year…special events, friends, accomplishments, wonderments…etc. I put the letter in an envelope, along with pictures of favorite friends, parents, grandparents and anything else of importance. I get a stamp from that year, mail it to my child, once it arrives I place the sealed letter into a little cedar box. I plan to give each child all of their letters on their 21st birthday. My husband is aware of this series of letters…the children are not!
Think about how cool it will be for each of my children to meet themselves during every year of their lives…ooohh, I cannot wait!
And yes! You appear to be a hell of a guy…humble too!

Tell her family that the baby looks like their side and she should tell your family that the baby looks like your side. That way you will garner an irrational commitmnent of love for your child from those that you’ll allow to make a difference. The child’s receipt of the additional attention will make a child with absolutely, unbelievable self - esteem. I’ve seen it happen. It’s awesome what non -judgemental, loving relatives can do for your childs sense of self. And do not worry about him getting too spoiled. It all works out.

I love that little character. They all love special attention now and at the rough spots in life. you should see my two year old g’daughter and me and you will understand. kids and g’kids before that will confirm it. Sure I love to see the parents after the little one
