Hi D.C,
Thanks for that excellent tip.
My question is the following: how do I structure an assignment. My friend, a realtor has a condo that the bank has already approved for a Short Sale. I sent an email to the few people on my buyer’s list and someone who happens to be a friend wants to purchase the condo but how do i get a fee for getting the deal for the realtor. i would like to get $5k as the condo is $55k below MV. I do not know how to do this legally. Would you please do a lesson on that subject.

Great idea, DC. I go to foreclosure auctions to find buyers but your idea trumps mine.

Man, great information on your post. Thanks so much for sharting it with us. Could you share how to best automate, outsource and delegate parts of the business so more free time can be created? Between meeting with sellers, filling out the paperwork, listing the properties, negotiating with the banks, meeting with the BPO agents, meeting the buyers and marketing my services I feel like I’m burning the proverbial candle at both ends and I have no life! Your insight will be very appriciated. Thanks a bunch, DC.

Hello there DC,
This is Awesome, I’ve just registered my business as a Corporation 2 days ago. My question is, can you take us step by step on how to purchase a foreclosure. May be if I make my first one I’ll overcome my fear. However this sounds stupid may be BUT it does mean a lot to me. To get out of my nest, you’re my access to success.
I do appreciate everything you guys are doing. Saving the world from poverty and hunger.

I have seen the web seminar with DC, however in this lesson above assume I get 10 peoples name and I want to make an offer on a property with the plan of selling it to a buyer. Do I contact before I have the property and get a P & S from them to buy? How do I know if I will get property I cannot seem to get this link filled in.

Hi Dc, I am new on your program. I am a loan officer in VA and I’m trying to do some business with short sales as you say. The question is how can I do with the FHA regulation that dos not allows to make a transfer of any property unless we wait at least three months from one to another transaction.
