		<description>just read your short sell technique, i like it but the only problem is when trying to sell the property to the end buyer; the lender wants to  to view the title... The investor is not on the title so how can he sell the property to the end buyer with out the bank asking questions.  Are you getting the warranty deed prepared before the closing and recorded?  What about chain of title?
and if i bring u deals what is the split and the minimium purchase price your investor is interested in funding? I am in Ohio.
