Hey DC,

I’m registered for your live workshop, however I’m scheduled to work during those hours. I will try to get off but I’m unsure if I can. I’m wondering if you will also make this valuable information available during the daytime hours? I recently purchased 3 rehabs, owner financing with just a little down. Now I’m finding it difficult to keep up the payments and renovate these properties because of poor credit. I’m attempting to do this by working extra hours on my current job. I need another way.

Lester - desperately needing what you’re offering in your free seminar.

D.C.,

Thank you so much for your help. As a new investor, I face many challenges. The most difficult ones I face are difficulty finding sellers, no money(I just became unemployed) and the feeling that I lack enough knowledge concrete. While I have learned a few things by listening to various seminar courses, it really helps to actually see what goes on. If you want to ever work on something together one day, let me know. I would be happen to split profits with you.

Thank you very much,

Cynthia

Excellent info D.C.! (download it asap!)

Anyone not taking this information seriously, is missing the boat. Short sales are the key to the big money in this market, and big ticket deals make you 10X the cash for the same amount of effort.

Don’t let the numbers intimidate you, the banks are the ones shaking in their boots, not us!

Hello!
Thank you for providing your free webinar. I am a new investor and have read about doing short sales on median priced homes. I’m very interested to learn about luxury homes. Is there a market for luxury homes in this market? I’ve heard of people doing short sales in several cities. Can it be done virtual?

Thanks for your free report. I was impressed on
how you structure 2 transactions to accomplished
the short sale. Luckily, as a mortgage broker the process of finding a lender for my borrower will be the easy part. Can’t wait to hear your online
seminar tonight.

P.S. I printed the report and read it many times
over.

It would be nice to get out of my little “holding
cost monster” and get into a bigger more luxurious
monster to see what kind of damage/income a bigger one could eat up on a monthly basis…
Just kidding but I do need help wholesaling a SFR
because the Atlanta Contractor ran off with the
Rehab $15,000… as soon as the last payment was paid and little work was done to show for it.

Hello D.C.,

You are a gift from Heaven and I thank God for you. I read the article and listened to the audio
and I am so excited that it is hard to sleep. I am
a Mortgage broker with over 200 Lenders to choose
from. I am on the edge of my chair looking in my
computer screen anticipating your training. It is a blessing that you are helping people to avoid foreclosure. By saving their credit you are helping them to secure financing for a lower price home. Keep the “GOD” work up.

Hell DC or investors here, I did not understand stand about the report of the audio. What is MR X? where to find him? Do we have to find ourselves private money or DC is the hard money lender or MR X? please clarify this.. thanks

ALSO, if i close the first transaction with the lender approving the short sale, would I have a problem selling this property to my end buyer SINCE their lender will require seasoning of title????Do you have to do repairs in these properties before we sell it to end buyer??

HI, I just listened to the ‘closing short sales’ audio. My wife and I have been buying and selling houses for 30 years. I love it. The audio was interesting because at this time I am able to be MR X. Call when you can. 727 687-2861
I am registered for the Thurs pm webinar, can’t get enough of this stuff. I am retired from construction work and have a lot of time available to teach others all about houses. I live and invest in St Petersburg single family homes. I do want to meet Mr Fawcett someday soon.
Thanks, Scott.

Hey D.C. I do”nt get these banks up here in Cleveland, they all want to play hardball. My fellow investor has 25 properties, all are in foreclosure,he tries to short sale them to a pre- approved investor with excellant credit. The house was appaised at 85,000,he offers 56,000 through a second party so they do”nt think he”s S.S. his own property, they say they need at least 80,000,investor walks, bank sells to another bank in Florida for 56,667….. Yeh, unbelieveable, its like some kind of consperacy going on up here. So I take all I read how to get rich with a grain of salt on short sales. If any feedback you got my e-mail.Howard

I think the program is fantastic. The addition of Mr. X is Out standing and the Full disclosure is a relief. My only question is ” How do you deal with the Seasoning issues the end buyer will face with their lender?”

D.C., I want to know if there is a way where you could tell me (without spending $1,500 like the gurus charge) where I could find some lender/investor to partner up with me for just one or two deals? Is this at all possible? I went to a website that claimed to do just that only to find out I needed to buy their course. Let me know please. Thanks
