Thanks DC, being too over excited I guess. Now I am going to focus in looking into what you provided. Yes I’ve got my Realtors, and a Broker & a Title Company that I went through when burgess this home.

I am looking forward to approach our bank to see if we’ll have some for a capital to start with. We both have poor personal credit. That’s what hold me back, I want to do my homework well before approaching them. Greatly appreciate your kindness help.
